When our local cinema went digital the feature films not longer arrived on huge reels so these canisters were redundant and heading for the scrap yard…..thankfully a friend spotted them and passed them onto us to repurpose!
We have 6……and this was the first to go out the door to be used as a garden table.
We made a base from the extra thick reclaimed scaffold boards that have been bolted together for and amazing architectural look.
The top in 1330mm in diameter, comfortably seating 6 people.
Table is 740mm high.
